I brewed an Anchor Steam clone one week ago on friday. Yesterday I racked it to the secondary. About 24 hours later I am seeing little white crud on the top of the carboy. Along with alot of bubbles. I am pretty sure it is just the yeast but wanted to make sure. Thanks in advance.
