Beer + Milk = Breakfast of Champions
A work colleague and I were discussing the possible taste. Immediately I thought it might taste like a cream stout (because milk = cream in my mind), but reading the article it's described as 'fruity.' My work colleague commented that the milk fats and proteins would probably make it cloudy.
How 'bout the chemistry peeps out there throw in their thoughts?
I'm not a chemistry person (although my boyfriend maintains endless hope, describing chemical processes for upwards of half an hour sometimes) and I can't help but wonder about things like curdling, shelf-life, and other milk processes that I vaguely understand and that may not apply in the least here.
