"The Art of Refermentation" - of possible interest to DC-area homebrewers

You know more about this than I do, being homebrewers and all. I'm just getting started--the boy and I are picking up supplies to start our first batch of beer this weekend(!! yay!). But "refermentation"--I'm told by the description of the event--is apparently not common, outside of craft-brewing. So, it seemed like an event based around the practice might be of interest here.
